First let me start by asking…. What The Hell is Jay trying to do with his hair? I noticed for a while that he was wearing a little even Steven and now its just plain ole nappy. You aint got good hair boy. Anyway the couple was at J&R’s MusicFest concert series in City Hall Park, New York City on Thursday. Michelle Williams and Solange were both performing.
