Isaac Hayes found dead in his home. Singer, songwriter and musician..
Isaac Hayes has passed away at the age of 65. He was pronounced dead at Baptist East Hospital in Memphis an hour after his wife found him on the floor near a treadmill inside their home. The cause of death was not immediately known. Isaac Hayes was a soul music legend, whose “Theme From Shaft” won both Academy and Grammy awards.
According to the official Web site of Isaac Hayes, he was going to play himself in a musical comedy starring comedian Bernie Mac, who also passed on Saturday.
