Halle Berry is suing over pictures of her baby
“The paparazzi have gone too far,” Berry said in a statement to The Associated Press. “I have long since come to terms with the fact that choosing a career as an actress has made me a public figure, but my baby has made no such choice, and unless and until she does, I will do everything I can … to keep her out of the public eye.”
Halle is taking legal action against the photographers for invading her and Nahla’s privacy. The pictures show Halle holding her daughter in her backyard. Her mom was in some of the photos as well. The pictures are going to be featured inside the pages of In Touch Weekly and Life & Style Weekly. She wants the pictures removed from the web in addition to criminal charges against the photographer.
