    Steve Foley, ex-NFL player settles lawsuit against cop and city

    steve_foley2Ex-NFL player, Chargers linebacker Steve Foley has settled his lawsuit against a police officer who shot him two years ago. The attack by this off duty cop ended Foley’s football career. Harvey Levine, Foley’s attorney said the financial terms weren’t disclosed under a confidentiality agreement. He also said that he believed both sides were pleased with the outcome. Foley has moved to Houston where he’s taking care of his 11 year old daughter and planning to complete his degree.
