Now thats some bullshit. I always felt like beating some of my teachers asses but I didn’t. That girl looks the same size as the damn teacher. Wouldn’t want to be on her bad side.

This is ridiculous, but this is not why the students can’t pass the CRCT. CRCT isn’t taken in high schools, anyway! This is a prime example of a lack of home training and children not being children. Also, this is a great example of why there should be indepth screening for substitute teachers!
