R&B singer Sean E. Levert Sr. died last night at Lutheran Hospital. He is the son of lead O’Jays singer Eddie Levert and brother of the late R&B singer Gerald Levert. Levert 39 was rushed to Lutheran hospital from Cuyahoga County Jail after a medical emergency. He died at 11:57 p.m. Sunday, a coroner’s spokesman said.
Sean Levert was recently sentenced to 11 months in jail for failure to pay child support to three children. Levert started serving that sentence last week.

Clifford Harris plead guilty to two counts of illegally posessing machine guns and silencers and one count of being a convicted felon with firearms.
He was fined $100,000. He’ll get a prison sentence of one year plus one day. The day allows him to be eligible to earn 15 percent time off for good behavior.
Over the next year, T.I. must perform at least 1,000 hours of community service, which includes speaking to “at-risk young people,” promoting respect for law enforcement, and opposing violence, illegal and reckless use of firearms, illegal drugs and gang activity. WHAT WILL HE RAP ABOUT???

Crying and in handcuffs, Remy Smith was led out of the courtroom and ordered held with no bond until her sentencing date on April 23rd, 2008.Remy was acquitted of witness tampering and gang assault, charges related to a Bronx nightclub attack on the boyfriend of a witness who ultimately testified against her.
Remy’s lawyer said after the verdict that “Remy’s taking this very, very hard. She didn’t anticipate this. He also has plans to appeal the ruling. He said that one of his best appellate issues will be the judge’s allowing evidence about the Bronx nightclub attack - despite the acquittal on those charges.

Today Clifford “T.I.” Harris is expected to enter a plea of guilty in his multiple weapons case. Intense negotiations have been ongoing for weeks and sources close to the case say that T.I. will get 1500 hours of community service and 1 year behind bars. The plea deal has to be approved by the federal judge assigned to his case.

Earlier this month when the rumors were running rampant about Kimora being pregnant, I stated that she wasn’t even divorced yet. Kimora is running around with this new boyfriend and rumors of wanting children and she’s still married to the man who made her. She and news sources that report on her, refer to Russell as her ex-husband. Russell gave this woman her fabulosity! He gave her the money, status, the platform and companies, lets face it without Russell where would she be? Okay all that being said, her divorce papers have just been filed. Russell’s were filed in March of 2006. In them she states that they have been separated since 06. She doesn’t want the court to issue a support order but…..she wants the childrens nanny and security to be present whenever Russell, their dad, has the girls. The nerve!!!
